DAMI program was born out of the passion to empower and train women. It has been designed to give an even opportunity to women who are passionate about furniture production and are willing to develop their expertise and do right by themselves financially but cannot afford it.
Selected candidates will learn and work with experienced professionals who will train and impact in them career wise. Our intentions also include referring qualified candidates for potential jobs and integrating them into projects where they can gain control over career decisions that shape their lives with the right access to partners, networks, and businesses.
With the aim to mitigate the limitation of competent artisans providing bespoke and quality craftsmanship as well as enriching their lives to enable them to live their full potentials whilst at it.
